We're bringing St. Louis its very first Bubble Tea & Art Bar — a cozy, kawaii-inspired space where you can enjoy premium handcrafted drinks and dive into the world of Decoden: the art of decorating phone cases and accessories with beautiful resin clay and embellishments.
